Essential Insights for Entrepreneurs

The recent exodus of some major YouTube creators has been interesting to observe.

There are varying reasons why so many have quit.

Sure, there's the surface stuff of more effort with smaller ROI that's got some of the OG creators livid.

There are also those who have been on YouTube for ten years or more, who have been very successful...

Who now have a burning desire to do something radical and different.

And then there are those who suffered from total and utter burn out.

There's one Creator in particular I was following that I could see was on the trajectory to burn out... three years ago.

How did I know?

Easy.

Everything in their energy field, in their movements, in their voice, in what they were presenting showed me what was coming.

I could see the writing on the wall as if it were a math equation showing 1+1=2

So, it came as no surprise when they announced that they were stepping away from their channel and business for a long hiatus.

I admit, it's hard watching people in the public eye, who are unaware of what's coming.

It's hard too, when I know they don't always have the most aligned people around them to guide or support them.

Like when I "see" what is going to happen to celebrities, like Michael Jackson... alas I digress 🫠 

And yet, to each to their own.

So anyway, I thought I would share with you the three most obvious things I could see that needed addressing that would have made a notable difference.

I do this in the hope that, should you find yourself in the same position or something similar...

At the very least, you can slow down to think about your current trajectory before veering off a cliff.

Whilst I understand that every person's situation is unique and nuanced, there are some overarching themes that are universal, and those are what I will address here.
